RMM is one of the most useful tools in assisting with computer security and update patching. In 2017, two global ransomware attacks, namely WannaCry and Petya, were successfully launched and executed, targeting, amongst others, the UK’s National Health Service. Computers that were not patched were at the forefront of this breach.
Our RMM solution places an advanced monitoring agent on your computer, which feeds crucial system information back to our cloud-based portal (no personal information is, nor can be, transmitted). From this central location, we’re able to manage all software patching from Microsoft, Apple, and 3rd party vendors. We are also able to manage data backups and computer security.
